Important Information!!

• Class size is limited to 12 people. For the health and safety of kittens and humans, we cannot allow spectators in the room.
• Minimum age to attend is 12.
• Children 12 and up MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and must purchase a space in the class.

Donation Drive!

We are also holding a donation drive for the Sioux Empire TNR Coalition. You can bring the following items to the event:

• canned kitten food (any brand)
• dry kitten or adult cat food (any brand)
• baby wipes
• gently used (or new) towels and small blankets
• gently used (or new) cat carriers and dog crates (we can use all sizes for cats in our care)
• cat litter (any brand)
• cat supplies such as harnesses, toys, etc.

Frequently asked questions

Will this event have live kittens?

Yes, we will have kittens who are available for adoption through the Sioux Empire TNR Coalition (siouxempiretnr.org).

Can I bring my own cat/kitten?

No, we ask that you keep your own feline friends at home! But if you’re looking for a friend for your cat (or dog!) we’ll have plenty to meet!

Can spectators attend the class?

Unfortunately since we need to limit the number of people in the room to accommodate the kittens and our volunteers, only paid attendees can attend the class. This includes bringing children who do not have a paid spot.

What is the minimum age to attend the class?

The minimum age to attend is 12 years of age. Children 12 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian at least 18 years of age.

Where will kitten yoga take place?

We are grateful to have Coast 2 Coast Athletic Club as our host, who have generously donated the space. Coast 2 Coast is located in Tea at 27294 Verhey Pl, Tea, SD 57064.

Who is teaching the kitten yoga class?

Our instructor will be staff from Coast 2 Coast Athletic Club.

What organization is the fundraiser kitten yoga class for?

Sioux Empire TNR Coalition’s mission is to foster community welfare & improvement through protecting the quality of lives for feral & free roaming cats. We utilize humane population control of unaltered feral, and/or abandoned domestic cats through education & TNR (trap-neuter-return).

Sioux Empire TNR Coalition reserves the right to refuse attendance to the kitten yoga class to ensure the safety of kittens, volunteers and class attendees.
